Less than 24 hours after we rounded up the latest, juiciest rumors and leaked renders of the unreleased Nova 2s, Huawei decided to make its umpteenth 2:1 smartphone officially official. Here are the complete tech specifications of the Huawei Nova 2s. According to their intel, the handset will have a 6-inch display with a resolution of 2160×1080, a HiSilicon Kirin 960 processor, 6GB of RAM, and variants with built-in storage between 64GB and 256GB. Following the design trends of most recent smartphones, Huawei has opted for a device with a tall screen and minimal bezels.

Another leak from December 4th, reported by GSMArena.com, suggests that the Huawei Nova 2S will cost $392.92 for the 4GB of RAM and 64GB SSD option. The phone runs on Android Oreo out-of-the-box with Huawei's custom EMUI 8.0 skin on top. If you witnessed the multiple rumors and renders of the phone, you will know that the Nova 2s comes with a front mounted fingerprint sensor despite the slim bezels surrounding its display.

The Huawei Nova 2s will be available in Black, Gray, Red, Rose Gold and Blue, with prices starting at 2,699 Yuan ($408) for the 4GB/128GB version and 2,999 Yuan ($453) for the 6GB/128GB version. For selfies, the phone is fitted with a 20-megapixel shooter with an aperture of f/2.0 and an LED flash, coupled with a 2-megapixel secondary sensor.

In the camera department, the phone features a dual camera setup on the back. 16 and 20-megapixel snappers are placed on the back of the Huawei Nova 2s, and we're looking at RGB and monochrome sensors here (f/1.8 aperture). The device is available in a special Yixing Zhang with 6GB RAM with 128GB internal storage which is priced at 3399 Yuan (approximately Rs 33,178).

The smartphone is backed by a 3,340mAh non-removable battery and there is no information about the fast charging support. The device includes 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.2, NFC, USB Type C port, hybrid dual SIM support for connectivity options. The smartphone does have a dedicated 3.5 mm headphone jack with a Hi-Fi Audio DAC. The device is now available exclusively in China, and its pricing ranges from $410 to $510.
