Herbert (R) fired back at Steve Bannon with a lingual assault Wednesday, after Bannon, Executive Chairman of Breitbart News, made religious comments aimed at Mitt Romney - a devout member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS/Mormonism). They had a wonderful conversation, according to President Trump.

Talk of Romney considering a 2018 U.S. Senate run, however, has been swirling for months. And people should know that because otherwise, there's speculation, hand wringing, about who speaks for the president and who he speaks to.

Asked whether he was encouraging Hatch to run for another Senate term, Trump told reporters in Utah, "Yes".

"It seems unlikely that many Utahns are waiting breathlessly to see who Bannon thinks should be their next senator - or Trump for that matter", writes political reporter Margaret Hartmann.

"We hope you will continue to serve your state and your country and the Senate for a very long time to come", he said to Hatch.

McCain brought up the time the President took a nasty shot at her father over his service and said, "Who the hell are you to be sitting here and talking about service [with] what your administration said about my father".

"No vote, no majority is worth losing our honor, our integrity", Romney stated in a tweet in reaction to the GOP and the president offering full endorsements of Alabama Republican Roy Moore, the senate candidate accused of sexually harassing minors. Jeff Flake, who is also Mormon, during the speech. Orrin Grant Hatch to seek re-election.
