Apple found a solution to the problem of "freezing" iPhone X

Luckily, the app from one of the more popular music streaming services has now been updated, allowing it to take full advantage of the screen on the iPhone X.

Despite this, it's thought that the iPhone X has been a huge success for Apple. The first is "an issue where the iPhone X screen becomes temporarily unresponsive to touch after a rapid temperature drop". The company has had to release several updates and patches to its new version of the OS, iOS 11.

Reddit user darus214 revealed the issue in a thread this week, writing: 'I've noticed that my iPhone X screen becomes very unresponsive as soon as I step outside. The feature requires that you have debit or credit cards attached to your Apple Pay account, and asks that you authorize the transaction through Apple Pay before you make the change. It is to be noted that this is the seventh update for the OS since it was released and the last one 11.1.1 came out only a week ago.

While the cold weather issue has been dealt with, there are some other problems plaguing the iPhone X, unfortunately.

According to reports, the official YouTube app appears to have a few bugs on iOS 11, which affects all iPhones and iPads, and causes devices to run warm when watching videos. The company is now testing this feature in the iOS 11.2 Beta. It brought much-needed features such as a Do Not Disturb mode while driving, a new file organization app, the ability to scan documents using Notes, a more fleshed out Control Center, and a ton more additions specific to the iPad Pro that makes it a more fleshed out, powerful machine.

Addresses an issue that could cause distortion in Live Photos and videos captured with iPhone X.

To install the update on your device, head over to Settings General Software Update.
