WWE's tour of India down to one show

WWE Jinder Mahal

It gives fans in India a huge bout the WWE can promote while keeping Mahal front and center and it also allows the WWE to put on a main event the fans have on their list of dream matches.

The minute AJ Styles won the WWE Championship there were some who speculated the win was temporary and that he'd be dropping the title back to Jinder Mahal at the final couple live events dates in India in December. Jinder Mahal accepted the challenge on his own Twitter account. Since Triple H is unlikely to need to be in a match for the title for this to be a big deal, it looks like the WWE Championship will be staying on AJ Styles for the long haul.

WWE and Sony Pictures Networks India today announced that WWE Live in India at the Indira Gandhi Indoor Stadium will now feature one "Supershow" on Saturday, December 9, including the return of WWE Superstar Triple H™ vs.

The WWE's biggest overseas fanbase arguably resides in India and South Asia.

The fact that this match might be happening already has some fans guessing about the future. "The Game" is having as much fun as ever, but the fun and games end next month when he takes on Jinder Mahal in India. I'm not sure if we'll see Mahal vs. HHH taking place in India or not but it would certainly feel like an important match. I'm hoping the match gets televised since Mahal vs. It's easy to see why WWE would make an exception.
