A Cloudy & Cool Tuesday

It's another cooler than average day, with high temperatures reaching the middle 40s to near 50 degrees. By the afternoon some of the rain showers could transition into flurries with no accumulation. Overnight lows will range from the mid 40s west to upper 30s east where skies will stay fairly clear into the evening.

Today: It's going to be a cloudy and cool day today with high temperatures only climbing up near 45 degrees for the high.

Showers hold off until Wednesday afternoon (I said the dry time would be short-lived!) and we'll see mixed showers at that point.

The next chance for rain will come Saturday as another cold front moves through the state.

40s for highs with sun and less wind on Thursday will give way to our next rain maker on Friday with highs returning in the 50s.

Some patchy, but dense low-lying fog is also possible tonight through Monday morning.

Thursday: Early shower, then clearing. Highs in the low 50s and lows in the low 30s. Temperatures will be on the mild side as upper level winds will be out of the southwest ahead of the front. The clouds will begin to decrease by mid-morning and temperatures will be warmer.

Highs drop back into the low 50s on Friday and it will be mostly sunny.
