The manager of a McDonald's in Indianapolis says he was attacked over chicken nuggets.

Captured on a phone by another customer, the women can be seen climbing out of the window and screaming at staff before driving off. The manager says a woman complained she did not get enough chicken nuggets.

It's at this point the women became aggressive, honked the auto horn, pounded on the drive-through window and climbed through to attack the manager. Apparently they believed they had ordered ten, but had really only ordered four. "I thought they were robbing at first, I thought they were robbing the McDonald's there", McNeely said.

Ms McNeely said she had to hide her face from the attackers, out of fear that they'd come for her next - but while she's pretty sure they saw her, they just got back into their vehicle and sped off.

Managers told them they had never ordered nor paid for them in the first place. The women got mad and began pounding on the window and honking their horn.

"I couldn't even imagine being one of the workers and seeing somebody coming into that window like that".

"You have to treat others with respect, and you have to treat other with kindness and understand that mistakes happen and misunderstandings happen and miscommunications happen", she said.

They knocked over a jug of tea and a cash register in the process. The store manager was not injured.

The moment was captured at an Indianapolis McDonald's in the early hours of Friday morning (local time) by Monique McNeely, the woman in the vehicle behind them.
