Skyrim PlayStation VR Bundle Announced

PlayStation VR Skyrim and PSVR Gran Turismo Bundles Available for Pre-order on Amazon

V: "Skyrim" was originally released for PS3, PC, and Xbox 360 back in November 2011, but the VR version was announced earlier this year at Sony's E3 2017 Media Showcase. The announcement comes via the official PlayStation Blog and comes included with a PS VR system, PlayStation Camera, two PlayStation Move controllers, and of course, a copy of Skyrim VR.

Now that more lengthy titles such as Doom and Fallout are also coming to VR it's actually very possible we could see hardware improvements come at a faster pace. If you want to make sure you get your hands on one, pre-order your bundle starting today. For those who are longtime fans of the game, Skyrim VR will transport you right into the game's epic world.

This PSVR bundle allows fans and newcomers alike to take a journey through the expansive world of the popular RPG in a whole new way: in virtual reality! It is up to you, the Dragonborn, to stop them from terrorizing the land.

The Skyrim VR bundle launches on November 17 for the price of $499.99 United States dollars and $579.99 CAD; both the USA version and the Canadian version are available for pre-order starting today. The controllers can also be customised to the player's movement to switch between standard moving options, and the trickier teleportation mechanic that was later added.

We are also excited to launch a brand new TV spot that drops you into the frigid and relentless plains of Skyrim as you get ready for an all-new journey against rival factions, creatures, and Alduin - the worldeater. This updated PSVR system has enhancements done to its design, Processor, connection cable and more. Skyrim VR includes the base game, as well as all of its DLC expansions: Dawnguard, Hearthfire, and Dragonborn.
