Reese Witherspoon Speaks Out About Sexual Assault

For many young actresses who have spent years working to even get into a room with someone like Weinstein, it's almost impossible to come forward with a story of sexual misconduct.

Kristen admitted she feels "sick" hearing all the recent sexual harassment stories coming out of Hollywood, but insisted she was "thankful" that such a subject is being brought to light in public.

"I just want to express how thankful I am to hear what is typically a sort of like murmured, pseudo-conversation because we've all been talking about this forever - not to make it specific, but it is, about this motherfucker", the "American Ultra" actress said, noting it's a conversation women have had "a million times".

Reese opened up about the fact that she was assaulted by a director when she was just sixteen years old.

Before becoming a hollywood star of today, to win an Oscar in 2012 for Happiness Therapy and reveal her talent to each of his new appearances in the film (superb in mother!), Jennifer Lawrence has undergone the hollywood system and its dubious methods.

She stressed it was in the very early days of her career and did not reveal who the producer in question was. Specifically, Miz Lawrence discussed one experience where producers told her to "lose 15 pounds in two weeks" and forced her to do "a nude line-up with about five women". Reese's emotional speech was incredibly important, both for her and for the millions of other sexual misconduct victims worldwide. We all stood side-by-side with only pasteons covering our privates. A girl before me had already been recalée because she had not lost enough weight.

The actress also shared with the crowd that when she asked to speak to a male producer about the "unrealistic diet regime" he simply told her he "didn't know why everyone thought I was so fat" and he thought she "was perfectly 'fuckable, '" per an Elle writeup of the event. "For the young women in this room, life is going to be different because we're with you, we have your back and it makes me feel better".

"Like so many young actors and actresses", Lawrence explained, "I couldn't have got a producer or director or studio head fired; I let my self be treated a certain way because I felt like I had to for my career. I literally had to fight him off all the way to the airport".

Three women have alleged that Weinstein raped them - claims he vehemently denies.
