The Duchess of Cambridge has found a smooth-moving dance partner while out on a surprise charity visit in London overnight.

Then the Duchess, Prince William, Prince Harry, and Paddington Bear all waved goodbye to a train departing from the station.

Pregnant Kate Middleton may be suffering from acute morning sickness, but that didn't stop her grinning from ear to ear as she stepped on Platform 1 at Paddington station in London today (16 October). She joined Prince William and Prince Harry in hosting a Buckingham Palace reception to honor workers in the mental health field for Mental Health Awareness Day.

It's not what you expect from a pregnant Duchess, but Kate has taken a spin with Paddington Bear as she returned to royal duties.

Still in character, the actor inside the bear, who declined to give their name, said: "She's a right good mover, and I think she could win Strictly Come Dancing - if she was in it".

Also present were some of the cast of Paddington 2, including Hugh Bonneville. This public outing is only Kate's second appearance following Kensington Palace's confirmation of her third pregnancy.

That dance was accompanied by smiles and laughter, and it all seemed to indicate that the duchess was enjoying a respite from her struggles with hyperemesis gravidarum, a rare pregnancy complication that led to her recent time out of the spotlight and that affected her during both of her previous pregnancies.

The royal trio had earlier boarded the train to chat to children nominated by their charities like EACH, Child Bereavement UK, and the Diana Award.

A royal spokesperson expressed: "she's [Kate is] better, but she's still suffering". It's great to see the Duchess feeling better and we hope the morning sickness continues to stay away.
