Tim Horton's, the Canadian quick-service restaurant chain that has 94 locations in the US, has offered up a challenge to the reigning king of fall flavors: a latte topped with Buffalo sauce.

The two locations have unveiled a Buffalo latte "made from freshly brewed espresso, steamed milk, mocha, and bold Buffalo sauce flavour", according to a company news release.

But even those spice addicts might be given pause by Tim Hortons latest limited edition product: the Buffalo Latte.

The whole thing is then topped off with a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkling of 'zesty Buffalo seasoning'.

The unique Buffalo spice latte's will be available at the two NY locations until October 20 while supplies last.

"I am sorry but I don't think I can trust anyone who is drinking the buffalo latte from Tim's", tweeted one user. With actual Buffalo-flavored lattes!

Stephen Goldstein, regional president of Tim Hortons U.S. said the chain concocted the weird drink to celebrate the birthplace of the famous wing sauce. "The unlikely pairing comes together to create an unexpectedly delicious sweet and spicy treat".

Reactions to the new Buffalo lattes have been mixed on social media.

The Buffalo Latte starts at $2.79 and will be offered at two Tim HortonsĀ® Buffalo restaurants located at 4849 Transit Road in Depew, NY and 3470 Main St in Buffalo, NY while supplies last. Well, Tim Hortons has you covered. Latte flavors include caramel, vanilla, mocha, and pumpkin spice.
