When Honeypreet Insan kept the fast she was on police remand.

A case was registered against dera chief and others in January 2015 by CBI on the orders of Punjab and Haryana High Court.

A careful plan to spread arson and violence in case of an adverse verdict was also laid out at the meeting, police claimed.

Honeypreet Insan has admitted her role in the violence that broke out after the conviction of now-disgraced Dera Sacha Sauda chief Gurmeet Singh, Zee News quoted police sources as saying.

The Haryana Police had sought the remand of Ms Priyanka Taneja (36), widely known as Honeypreet Insan, who calls herself the adopted daughter of the Dera chief, for nine more days.

While Honeypreet has denied any wrong doing, the police say that they have ample evidence against her. Honeypreet, in her mid-30s, has been the closest aide of Ram Rahim since 2009.

Yesterday, Vipassana Insan did not turn up before the Panchkula Police, citing medical grounds. His conviction led to violence in Panchkula and Sirsa in Haryana, leaving 38 people dead and another 264 injured.

She was the main handler of the money and have even sanctioned Rs 1.5 crore to trigger the violence, the police say.

Singh is now serving a 20-year sentence at Rohtak prison after a Haryana court held him guilty in a rape case. On the basis of the information provided by her the Haryana police have seized certain documents form Gurusar Modia in Rajasthan during a 4-hour raid yesterday.

After fleeing the Dera in Rs 1.5 crore luxurious auto, the vehicle was put to flames by sect's supporters on August 28 afternoon outside the sect's headquartes.

The Haryana Police had sounded an global alert against all three.
