Girl's ecstatic reaction to adoption news captured on camera

'A dear family I know has been fighting for as long as I can keep in mind to adopt three of their foster children that attend our school, ' Alexander shared in an Instagram post.

She has been adopted, along with her younger brother and sister, having been fostered by the couple for the past two years.

Footage shows Tannah launch into Ms Alexander's arms after learning she was going to her "forever home". Jennifer Fisher says "I just idea gracious, my gosh". "And just being together and I know that... like having someone to actually love me".

"It's the biggest thing that ever happened to me".

"She knew she would want to know right away because she had been so anxious".

Jackie Alexander, office manager at American Heritage, said the moment was "pure testament that in a world full of turmoil and strife, there is still light and joy to be found in little everyday moments".

"Never, ever, ever give up", she said.

'In 12 years at this job, this is by far my best moment ever, ' Alexander wrote.

"I've been overwhelmed that my simple thoughts of a sweet moment have gone so viral", Alexander said.

Alexander thought the minute was lovely to the point that she got Fisher's authorization and shared the video via web-based networking media.

Tannah got the news the day after the massacre in Las Vegas.

It is the lovely moment being shared around the world. However, due to shortages of families willing to take in children for adoption, an estimated 23,000 kids age out of foster care without finding a permanent family. He argued adoption can be the only way to save these vulnerable children.
