Doctor responds to argument in viral video

Facebook A Gainesville After Hours Clinic doctor is seen in a viral video posted to Facebook by Jessica Stipe

Jessica Stipe uploaded the footage to her Facebook page hours after the spat, which she said occurred when she complained about not being seen and requested her copay back.

The doctor concerned at the Gainesville After-Hours Clinic, 926 NW 13th St., Peter Gallogly, is now under criminal investigation, Gainesville Police spokesman Officer Ben Tobias said, according to The Gainesville Sun.

She says she waited for more than an hour there, then decided she was too weak to stay and wanted to go home.

When Stipe told him he was being rude, he shouted: "Get the f-- out of my office. When he saw it was being recorded he snatched my baby's phone and shoved her when she tried to get it back", she wrote.

But by 7:45 p.m., she still hadn't been seen, she wrote on Facebook.

"Are you kidding me?" the doctor said.

"I don't know how long it takes", Stipe said.

"At that point, fine, get the damnation out", the specialist answers, indicating the entryway.

Stipe says Gallogly's account isn't true. "I got seven rooms back there", the physician snaps.

"When I walked into the waiting room, Ms. Stipe (and her daughter) cursed and threatened me as they had done with the office staff previously", he wrote.

When Stipe told the doctor that she just wanted to return to her home and wanted her co-pay back, the doctor told her to leave instantly.

The Gainesville Sun reported that police are investigating the incident that occurred Monday at Gainesville After-Hours Clinic.

Gallogly reveals to Stipe that he's as of now run a pee test on her before logically asking her, "Does that take 3 seconds, you think?"

It was here that physician Peter Gallogly came barging into the clinic's lobby, where he was recorded yelling in Stipes's face.

Stipe's video has over 300,000 views and over 4,000 shares on Facebook as of Thursday afternoon.

"I went to the front desk only because after Ms. Stipe received her refund, she refused to leave the office, and continued her abusive behavior towards staff". Do you know how many people.

"At the very end of the events", he said in the statement, "I most regrettably lost my temper, and spoke to the women in a most unprofessional manner".

Gallogly apologized in his statement, saying he was defending his staff when he over-reacted, and that there was no excuse for his behavior.
