Over the past few weeks, rumours have been rife that Ranveer Singh's character Allaudin Khilji in "Padmavati" will be bisexual, as well as be singing and dancing in the film.

Padmavati is the third film Mr Bhansali, Deepika and Ranveer are working on after Ram-Leela and Bajirao Mastani. Currently, the total number of views on the trailer stands at 20 million. Ranveer Singh new avatar on the magazine is an extension of his brutal and ruthless avatar from his upcoming epic historic drama Padmavati, where the versatile actor will be seen in the role of Alauddin Khilji. The story pivots around Delhi ruler, Alauddin Khilji, and his siege of Chittor which a sixteenth-century poem Padmavat attribute to his obsession with Padmini.

Deepika was given the task to bring alive the most attractive and courageous woman in the history, Rani Padmini on screen, and looks like she did the job pretty well.
