The free to play weekend will kick off on October 12 and is going to give the players a taste of what PvP is all about, before ending on October 15.

All new PC players are welcome to pre-load the game starting now.

Ubisoft has announced that the Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Wildlands Patch 8 will be coming to the PC on October 12th.

Ghost Recon Wildlands PvP is the talk of the town right now. Up to four players can complete missions in a modern day, war-torn Bolivia.

Ghost War is a 4v4 Team Deathmatch type experience where you can bring back fallen teammates. Players will choose one of 12 classes with each having their own characteristics, weapons, perks and customisation options.

Additionally, Ubisoft also introduced some new gaming mechanics, which include suppressing fire and sound markers.

While Ghost War is launching with plenty of features, Ubisoft is planning on expanding it in the months to come with new maps, new classes, and new modes. This mode will also be playable as part of this free weekend.

In the vast open world of Ghost Recon Wildlands, danger lurks around every bend.

Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Wildlands is available now for the PS4, Xbox One and PC. While you can play Ghost Recon Wildlands alone, we think we can agree that this game is better still in a group of good friends. Players who own a PlayStation 4 Plus, Xbox Live Gold or a Uplay will be able to benefit from this discount offer until October 23.
