Mitch McConnell Defends Bob Corker Against Trump: 'Valuable Member' of GOP

Trump Just Opened His Mouth And Killed The Republican Tax Cuts For The Rich

Smerconish cited some of the comments Corker has made, saying the Tennessee Republican has used words in the past such as "reckless" and "chaos" when talking about Trump.

Jeff Yarbro is a no now about running for the Corker seat, but who else is running on the democratic side? Was made to sound a fool, and that's what I am dealing with!'

Bob Corker gave us the Iran Deal, & that's about it.

"No my message does not change".

"I'm thinking of the 25th Amendment, Section Four, which speaks to a president who's unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office", Smerconish said on CNN.

"Organize, be strong and say to be people, here are the things we believe and not be ashamed to say those things", says Berke.

In his interview with the New York Times on Sunday, Corker, who chairs the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, said the president has treated his office like "a reality show", and is leading the us down "the path to World War III". Oh, and did we mention that Corker took to Twitter after Trump's tirade to suggest that the White House has effectively become an adult daycare center?

Corker also said Trump acted as if he was on his old reality TV show and that he concerned the senator, adding: 'He would have to concern anyone who cares about our nation'. "He also wanted to be Secretary of States, I said 'NO THANKS.' He is also largely responsible for the horrendous Iran Deal!" "Someone obviously missed their shift this morning", Corker tweeted. "We need HealthCare, we need Tax Cuts/Reform, we need people that can get the job done!"

Corker's comments drew a rebuke Monday from White House Counselor Kellyanne Conway, who said on "Fox & Friends" that she finds "tweets like this to be incredibly irresponsible".

Corker dismissed the idea that Trump may be using provocative comments about North Korea to advance USA negotiations being conducted by Secretary of State Rex Tillerson by playing "bad cop" to the top diplomat's "good cop" effort to broker a deal with Pyongyang.

Some critics on the far right have blamed Corker for that measure, which they say helped push the pact through Congress.

"Corker had 2 aides on line, also recording, and they made sure after it ended that I was taping, too", Times reporter Jonathan Martin tweeted.

Corker announced last week that he would not seek reelection in 2018 when his term ends.

He followed up with the Times interview, in which he said Trump tweets things that aren't true, by claiming many of his Republican colleagues in the Senate share his worries about the president.
