Kim Zolciak hires lawyer, plans to sue NeNe Leakes over 'racist' charges

NeNe Leakes attends the 5th Annual Women Making History Brunch at Montage Beverly Hills

During a recent interview, the reality TV star talked about Nene Leakes" "inappropriate' claims against her and her family and also revealed she has chose to take legal action against her fellow Housewife. "Please know I will get You all the way together when you start fucking wit me and mine!" she wrote, along with the hashtags "#racisttrash, #jealous, #KKK, and #thirsty (via Us).

'As a woman and someone who has survived abuse, I regret the words that I used. I made a mistake and I should have known better", Leakes added, before apologizing: "I hope people accept my deepest and sincerest apologies.

As we previously reported, NeNe made a joke about Uber drivers having sex with their female passengers which didn't go over well with the crowd, who began booing. Leakes fired back in a since-deleted Instagram post, also taking aim at Brielle's appearance.

Leakes was met with harsh criticism over the comment on social media.

The mother of six's move came days after Leakes, 49, slammed her Real Housewives of Atlanta costar and Zolciak's daughter Brielle Biermann on Instagram. "If you found 1, u brought it with u or it fell outta yo funky p-sy!"

Sources say that NeNe's RHOA job is "on the line" now that Bravo has deemed her a liability. They've already gotten to work on the matter by delivering a threatening demand letter, which was penned in response to Brielle's video showing insects crawling on NeNe's bathroom floor.

NeNe Leakes is doing something she doesn't often do: apologizing. I'm on a show with all African-American women and I'm the only one that's ever been on the show that's Caucasian, so it's the card that sometimes they play and it's gross.

She later called both Zolciak and her daughter racists. We ARE filming a show, remember that, (RHOA) and Nene released this video herself!

Now, who's ready for season 10 of RHOA, premiering on November 5?
