Within the product which is set to launch soon, one can get a shallow depth of field like a DSLR through software and depth data from the second camera.

After being leaked extensively over the past week, Huawei's new mid-range smartphone - Maimang 6 is now official in China. While nothing has been officially pronounced yet, the specifications of Maimang 6 seem to confirm that the new phone is the Mate 10 successor. Preorders begin now and the phone will be available from 28th of September and it is expected to be announced as the Mate 10 Lite in mid October. "Jumping on the "full-screen" bandwagon, the Nova 2i features a 5.9" IPS display with an 18:9 display aspect ratio. They're probably thicker than the Essential Phone, iPhone X or Samsung Galaxy S8's borders, but still pretty impressive for that price point. The phone is powered by its Huawei's home-grown octa-core Hi-Silicon Kirin 659 SoC, which is clocked at 2.36 GHz coupled with the Mali T830-MP2 GPU. The rear camera setup has a 16MP plus a 2MP camera. The phone comes with 4GB RAM and 64GB internal memory.

Out of the box, the dual-SIM (hybrid) Huawei Maimang 6 runs EMUI 5.1 based on Android 7.0 Nougat. Of course, we are talking about the Huawei Maimang 6. A not-so-bad 3,340mah battery fuels the device.

While the world is busy launching dual-camera smartphones, Huawei has launched the Maimang 6 with four cameras. Two in the front and two on the back.

In terms of design, the Huawei Maimang 6 sports an all-metal unibody design and a sleek back finish with curved metal edges, meaning that the device comes with a relatively premium build quality.

The front of the phone, on the other hand, will feature a 13-megapixel camera and will also include 2-megapixel buddy. While details about the big Honor Mate 10 has already been out in packets, seldom have we came to know about its younger sibling, the Mate 10 Lite. Below the cameras, there's a fingerprint scanner.
