New Albany-Ohio based Bob Evans distributes refrigerated potato, pasta, pork sausage and side dishes under the Bob Evans, Owens, Country Creek and Pineland Fartms brands. The company has market cap of $229.94 million. The Company's food products are distributed to customers throughout the United States. BOBE's profit will be $6.93 million for 51.23 P/E if the $0.35 EPS becomes a reality.

This deal seems to make sense for both parties since it diversifies Post Holdings' overall portfolio and joins the larger company's side businesses to similar lines where Bob Evans is already strong.
