TMZ adds that Rob is also paying her legal bill, which is not beans. Chyna previously had a restraining order on him after he allegedly assaulted her and threatened to commit suicide.

First up, the ex-couple have settled their custody battle.

"This agreement does not resolve all disputes between Chyna and Rob", Bloom assured Radar.

Earlier this week it was reported that the Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) were investigating the wellbeing of Dream in relation to allegations of Chyna's drug use before she and Rob split earlier this year.

Kardashian also has agreed to continue to stay away from Chyna and not contact her, meaning Monday's scheduled hearing on her domestic violation allegations is cancelled, according to Chyna's, attorney, Lisa Bloom.

For his part, Kardashian's attorney, Robert Shapiro, told E! Bloom slammed Kardashian, 30, for not having a job in the statement - saying the mom had to leave the child with a nanny as many working parents do. Last weekend (9-10 September), the former stripper would have left her daughter at home to "go party". So, he wants to make sure there are nannies there to look after the child. Blac Chyna and Rob went back at forth accusing the other of dastardly deeds until Rob eventually posted revenge-porn-style nudes on his Instagram account, getting it shut down.

Even if the compromise happens to come with a hefty price tag, it's still good to see that these two are trying to move past some really hard issues to ensure that they are both working toward providing the best for their daughter.
