Wrightsville Beach native gives birth to President Trump's 9th grandchild

Eric Trump, Donald's third child, announced yesterday that he and wife Lara Yunaska have had their first child together.

The message accompanied a photo of Lara holding the sleeping baby, who is swaddled in a striped blanket with a tiny hat on his head.

President Trump, 71, already has eight grandchildren to his eldest two children.

Eric Trump said Luke Trump was born at 8:50 Tuesday morning. Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner have three children, and Don Jr. and Vanessa Trump have five children.

Lara, a Wrightsville Beach native, is married to Eric Trump, President Trump's youngest son.

A former television producer, her videos praising the achievements of the Trump White House have been posted to the president's Facebook page.

Congrats buddy. Welcome to the club.

"Welcome to the world, baby boy", she said. "So far today, he's tweeted about Hurricane Irma and "#FAKE NEWS!" Trump wrote in a Twitter message. He told People that they found out about the pregnancy on his birthday, which is January 6.

The couple announced they were expecting in March.
