Okami HD Announced for PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4

Report: Okami HD heading to Japan on December 21

Federation Internationale de Football Association 18 will be available for the Xbox One, Playstation 4, Nintendo Switch, and PC on September 29 of this year. Okami HD will be launching physically and digitally across Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC. It'll set you back £15.99/$19.99, and as previously reported, it'll support 4K on PS4 Pro. While Capcom has yet to officially confirm Okami 2, the launch of the high definition version of the original title, as well as Platinum Games co-founder Hideki Kamiya's tease for a sequel could point toward a new entry in the franchise to come.

Loading screen mini-games that were removed from the PS3 and Wii versions of Okami make their return.

While we still hold out hope for a Switch version of Okami, we'll take any excuse we can get to experience this somewhat underrated masterpiece one more time. An HD remaster of Okami had been also released for PlayStation 3 in 2012, and 5 years later today, we've been hearing a couple of rumors that Okami HD will be re-released again for current-gen consoles like the PlayStation 4. The graphic style is inspired by traditional Japanese art. You can look for the game in North America and Europe on December 12th and in Japan on December 13th. Players must use Amaterasu's magical abilities and arsenal of items, attacks and Celestial Brush techniques to restore the land of Nippon to its previous glory full of life and color.

In the latest issue of Weekly Famitsu, Capcom announced that Okami HD is indeed coming for PS4, PC, and Xbox One.
