Armie Hammer and Amber Tamblyn's Savage Response to James Woods Dig

In "Call Me by Your Name", Hammer, 31, portrays a 24-year-old graduate student who has a romantic and physical relationship with the 17-year-old son of a professor who is hosting him for six weeks overseas one summer.

That's when Hammer clapped back by bringing up his 2007 relationship with then-19-year-old Ashley Madison (pictured above, no relation to the infidelity dating site), who was 40 years his junior at the time of their fling.

Naturally, Woods blocked Armie Hammer on Twitter because out of sight, out of mind. "But now that the attempted grabbed pussy is out of the bag I'd say he'll block me any minute now".

"The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants" star Amber Tamblyn jumped onto the thread later, alleging that James once tried to hit on her and a friend at a restaurant.

This past Monday, Woods made a controversial comment via Twitter about a film featuring a relationship between two gay men - one 17 and one 24.

Asked of the difference between the plot of Call Me By Your Name and the actions he is accused of, Woods said: "The first is illegal".

- Woods was sued in March by an OH woman who did grassroots organizing for Bernie Sanders.

Tamblyn, 34, also shared a photo of her text message exchange with the friend who had reportedly witnessed the failed pick-up attempt.

People lived for Hammer's response.

The 70-year-old film veteran has described Amber Tamblyn's account of him trying to pick her up "a lie".

Harris caught wind of the comment and blasted Woods for his incentive words, calling him utterly "Ignorant and classless".
