Willie Nelson cuts show short, cites Utah's high altitude

The Life & Songs Of Kris Kristofferson- Show

USA country legend Willie Nelson - writer of world-renown songs such as "Always on my mind" and "Crazy" - ended an appearance prematurely due to health problems.

As Rolling Stone reported, Nelson previously canceled shows in Arizona and New Mexico due to illness-so it's understandable why fans were so anxious about the singer's health.

The performance took place near Salt Lake City on Sunday night at the USANA Amphitheatre in suburban West Valley City. "The altitude got to me. I am feeling a lot better now and headed for lower ground", wrote Nelson.

Nelson reportedly had difficulty in keeping up with his band as they performed, later leaving the stage.

Nelson canceled several shows in 2017 due to a bad cold and earlier this month he was the target of the second death hoax this year. Haggard was one of country music's biggest stars during his 1960s peak, and won two Grammys during his career.

"Willie loves ya'll. He wants you to get home safe, but the show's over", she said, according to Marcy. Nelson announced a little later on his Twitter Profile.
