Carrie Fisher's Daughter Billie Lourd Will Inherit Nearly $7 Mil

According to recent documents obtained by People, Lourd is set to receive an estimated A$8.89 million in various inheritances from her late mother.

The legendary Star Wars actress passed away from Sleep apnea and a combination of other factors, on 27 December 2016.

Billie Lourd will also have the final say when it comes to the usage of her mother's likeness and public image. This included several bank accounts, a life insurance policy, the ownership of several LLCs, as well as a used 2016 Tesla S. Billie Lourd is now also the proud owner of her mother's jewelry, artwork and collectables.

Meanwhile, TMZ reported that most of Carrie Fisher's memorabilia is scheduled to be auctioned this September and will be organized by Profiles in History with the help of her brother Todd.

Fisher's estate that she shared with her late mother Debbie Reynolds is also up for sale for $18 million with the proceeds from that sale likely to be incorporated into the trust for Lourd. She passed away at the age of 60.

Singin' in the Rain star Reynolds died at 84 after a stroke December 28 as she planned her daughter's memorial. Lourd also owns Carrie Fisher's intellectual property rights.

Earlier this month, Billie Lourd opened up about how she's coping with the loss of her mother and grandmother.

"If life's not amusing, then it's just true - and that would be unacceptable". 'Even when [my mom] died, that was what got me through that whole thing.

Growing up with a famous family, Lourd said she had always lived under their shadows. She was so good at it.

Fans are still reeling from the loss of Star Wars legend Carrie Fisher, shedding tears every time new pics or trailers show off a look at the footage Fisher left behind.

Although Billie knows she was out-shone by Carrie, she "loves" being known as the daughter of Princess Leia.
