SP Government Railway Police Saumitra Yadav told ANI that the "suspicious object" has been identified as a low-intensity bomb and has been safely defused.

According to reports, Abu Dujana the Lashkar-e-Tayiba commander was brutally killed in an encounter which occurred a couple of weeks ago in Kashmir.

"Dujana ki shahaadat ka badla abb Hindustan ko chukaana padega".

The train was coming from Kolkata and was on its way to Amritsar. The Shivratanganj Police also reached the spot and vacated coach number B3 and B4 for the safety goal. Upon examination, it was found out that the object was a low-intensity explosive. The information regarding the bomb was received at the control room number.

"A bomb wrapped in "sutli" (jute thread) was found in a packet along with two lighters", ADG Maurya adds.

The hand-written letter which speaks about revenge of Abu Dujana's killing is a matter of concern for the security agencies.

The recovery of the bomb comes at a time when security forces are maintaining tight security ahead of Independence Day. Dujana was wanted for many attacks on security forces and political workers in south Kashmir.
