"The deception, Chris, is mind boggling", he continued, addressing Fox News's Chris Wallace.

Smith, who hosts "Shepard Smith Reporting" on the conservative-leaning news network, delivered a diatribe against the Trump administration's failure to disclose a list of meetings and s with Russian nationals and officials held during the 2016 election and presidential transition.

Wallace's and Smith's takes on the Russian Federation controversy plaguing Trump's presidency are very different from that of their colleagues on the network, including conservative host Sean Hannity, who recently interviewed Trump Jr., and the hosts of the morning show "Fox & Friends".

Smith went on the offensive against Trump and his administration earlier this year.

While discussing this new information, Wallace commented to Smith, "Who knows if we've gotten to the end of this story?"

The Fox News Channel is widely considered to be the cable news outlet that is most sympathetic to Trump.

"#ICantBelieveThat Fox News has a (sic) anchor with the courage to speak up".

He went back and added one hundred names and places. "And one day they're going to realize we're not and look around and go, where are we and why are we getting told all these lies?"

Wallace said everybody who served on the Trump campaign or in the White House should come forward with every single contact they have ever had with a Russian. "My grandmother used to say, 'Oh what a tangled web we weave when first we practice to deceive'".

"The deception, Chris, is mind-boggling", he said.

Smith also seemed shocked that people still believed that the media was simply making up these allegations, saying, "There are still people who are out there who believe we're making it up".

Smith has been known in the past for some wacky on-air moments, as Michael Lohan dropped the F bomb on his show and he narrated as Fox News covered a couple of escaped llamas in Arizona! "There's a lot of truth to everything that you said".
