Mr Trudeau has always been known for his welcoming immigration policies. "Diversity is our strength #WelcomeToCanada", he posted. While Syrian children are generally named after their grandparents, the refugee couple chose to name their boy after the prime minister to showing gratitude that the country has accepted them. The younger Justin was born in May to a Syrian family who arrived in Canada past year.
