Officers were clearing a waterpark parking lot at 10pm in Sharonville when Washington reached for and displayed a firearm without informing police beforehand.

Police released Washington Sunday evening after the arrest at a local waterpark. The incident allegedly happened Sunday night, WLWT reported. He played college football at Ohio State, where he "was suspended from his final collegiate game" due to charges of soliciting a prostitute. Washington pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor after paying an undercover officer $100 for sex.

Washington could face a suspension from the NFL for violating the league personal conduct policy.

Entering his second season, Washington was expected to compete for the No. 3 defensive tackle job against Jerel Worthy.
