Assassin's Creed Rebellion Announced For iOS And Android

Assassin's Creed Rebellion doesn't have a release date yet but Ubisoft say it's in development with a worldwide release "coming soon" to iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch, and Android. Assassin's Creed is a series of stealth-based action games for consoles and PC, and the franchise has sold over 100 million games. As opposed to the realistic designs of other entries, Rebellion will showcase a more cartoony look, as a way to appeal to the more family-friendly audience of free mobile games.

One of those areas is optional side content- it has gotten increasingly banal and trite in recent games over the last few years, until the games have become glorified open world checklists and collectathons, more than anything else.

More Xbox 360 games are now Xbox One backwards compatible. You'll be able to play as a roster of more than 40 assassin's including favourites such as Ezio, Aguilar, Shah Jun and Claudia The art style is also very interesting and nearly reminiscent of pop-vinyls. There are also more than 20 new assassins who were created just for this video game.

A player of Assassin's Creed: Rebellion can get new assassins by collecting their DNA fragments while they are conducting their missions. Instead of having a shelter to house survivors, players will be building their own "Brotherhood HQ", where they will be able to unlock or craft new equipment, prepare for missions, and access different skills for assassins. Players must build their base room by room.

These missions come in multiple forms, including those that are meant to gather resources that allow you to upgrade characters, while others reward you with crafting materials.

The teaser trailer above focuses on highlighting the game's art style, which is quite a bit different from that of other games in the series.
