Singer Chris Brown accused of punching Aja photographer in Channelside after Tampa concert

Tampa Police Department said the photographer, 28-year-old Bennie Vines suffered a minor laceration to his lip when he was punched for allegedly taking photos.

When Vines began snapping photos, Brown "sucker-punched" the photographer, Tampa police said.

Garcia also reportedly confessed to selling "a lot of narcotics" to Wayne after he was arrested last October and prosecutors submitted photographic evidence featuring the defendant posing with Brown and Lil Wayne. Medical attention was refused.

Police were called to the scene, but Brown departed before their arrival. AND, here's the key part, ha also says he's pressing charges against the entertainer.

"Incidents like the ones caused by Chris Brown and his team are very sad to see", Aja wrote on their Facebook page today. "Assault charges were pressed and we are dealing with the proper authorities accordingly". Later, the photog tried to get crowd shots.

Brown, singer of the hits "Run It!" and "Deuces", completed probation in a 2009 felony assault case for an attack on singer Rihanna, his then-girlfriend.

It was reported that Chris Brown subsequently went to the Drynk on South Howard Avenue where he met up with rapper Fabulous.

Brown allegedly jumped over a couch to get at the photographer and after cornering him punched him in the face. He continues to maintain his innocence.

Prior to that, West was charged with misdemeanor counts of battery and grand theft after an altercation at LAX with photographer Daniel Ramos in July 2013. It came after Brown completed court-ordered anger management classes.

Brown's "The Party Tour" is scheduled for a show at Veterans Memorial Arena in Jacksonville on Tuesday.
