Chris Brown Socks Photographer At Tampa Nightclub

Florida police are investigating a nightclub incident where

According to TMZ, the "Loyal" singer and his entourage continually asked the staff to stop getting photographs of the vocalist, which was continually ignored. "Assault charges were pressed and we are dealing with the proper authorities accordingly".

In another incident while in treatment, Brown was accused of throwing a brick at his mother's auto following a counseling session.

The incident went down at roughly 1:30 a.m. on Monday morning during an afterparty, following a paid appearance at the club. When Chris noticed he was taking photos, the singer allegedly jumped over a couch to and punched him square in the face.

TMZ reports police were called, but Brown had left by the time they arrived.

Vines refused medical treatment and told officers he wanted to prosecute because of a minor lip cut.

The police spokesperson told the magazine, "At this point in the investigation, we have not been able to contact Mr Brown, the investigation continues".

Chris Brown has found himself in trouble with the law yet again after he was accused of punching a photographer outside a nightclub.

Brown has a history of violent offences.

A little later, while CB was in the DJ booth, the photographer in question started snapping some pics of the crowd and Brown took offense.

The following year, Brown pled guilty to felony assault charges filed by then-girlfriend Rhianna.

The allegations come days after it was reported Chris and rapper Lil Wayne are targets of a federal drug investigation.

But that was not the first paparazzi-related lawsuit involving the Canadian pop star.

Prior to that, West was charged with misdemeanor counts of battery and grand theft after an altercation at LAX with photographer Daniel Ramos in July 2013.
