Selena Gomez battling depression and anxiety

Selena Gomez says Instagram makes her

The Weeknd, who was taking a break from his massive world tour, is from Canada and took Gomez out for a bite to eat at The Thompson.

Selena Gomez kept her Vogue shoot a secret for as long as she could - it's possible that she didn't tell The Weeknd about it either.

On August 30th past year, Selena Gomez-who was in the midst of her worldwide Revival tour-announced she was canceling the rest of the tour dates to take a break and focus on her health.

She is now focusing on Dialectical Behavior Therapy, a technique meant "to treat borderline personality disorder".

Gomez revealed that her self-esteem had hit an all time low previous year prior to her hiatus from the entertainment industry. We girls, we're taught to be nearly too resilient, to be strong and sexy and cool and laid-back, the girl who's down. "We also need to feel allowed to fall apart", said Selena Gomez inspiringly.

In fact, Selena Gomez's experience is a patter among celebrities and also for most of people.

"As soon as I became the most followed person on Instagram, I sort of freaked out" says Gomez. In Gomez's Kygo collab "It Ain't Me", Gomez thought "back to 17" and "never growing up", later saying she had chosen to "leave behind the worst of us".

During the interview, Selena is approached by young fans asking for autographs and photos. Leading Haskell to presume that she's talking about Bieber. Having seen the downfall that came after her split with Justin Bieber, is it better for her to keep her personal life away from her fans?

The singer admits that while it was "the hardest thing she had ever done", she also believed that going into rehab and getting the treatment she needed was for the better.

Gomez has been open about struggling to perform on her Revival tour, even posting a message on Instagram after a concert about feeling "unauthentic". The insider claimed that The Weekend is not a good influence on her and has failed to discourage her binge drinking, knowing that his girlfriend just returned from rehab.

Selena explained: "Tours are a really lonely place for me". 'My self-esteem was shot. Depression, anxiousness and panic attacks became the prime concerns of the "Magic" singer, reported E News. I started to have panic attacks right before getting onstage, or right after leaving the stage. "I was an addict, and it felt like I was seeing things I didn't want to see, like it was putting things in my head that I didn't want to care about", she said. A brand new Selena Gomez now is currently living in Airbnb in the Valley and has reduced her contacts staying in touch with only people she is close to. If she had her wish, one day we'd all forget about her and move on to the next big thing.
