In a surprise event to reveal the Season 7 premiere date, the show hosted a Facebook Live of a melting block of ice, with the premiere date inside. Though he hasn't said much about it, we're certain his will be a character that'll change everything we've come to know about the machinations of the Realm.

There's been a lot of gossip lately about potential guest stars on the series, even though it hasn't really been know for such appearances thus far.

Well obviously it's ice and fire coming together, which immediately brings to mind the title of George R.R. Martin's books series, A Song of Ice and Fire.

Although HBO have yet to release an official release date, Davos actor Liam Cunningham has suggested that the show will air in July, around three months later than its previous six seasons.

We're getting down to the wire on HBO's Game Of Thrones, with only a couple of seasons left for the series.

UPDATE: Finally, after over an hour of melting, HBO has revealed that season seven of Game Of Thrones will premiere on July 16, 2017.

HBO has been putting "Game of Thrones" fans through their own personal "Hodor" experience for almost an hour. Now, how do you think that HBO made that announcement?
