Comic-Con International 2016- 'Arrow' Special Video Presentation And Q&A

The same appearance may happen in "Arrow" Season 5.TVOM reports that Oliver Queen will also be a teacher in "Arrow" Season 5 aside from being the mayor in the city.

While most of the trailer involves the story of the Arrow (Oliver Queen) assembling a new band of allies since many of his past allies went their separate ways after season 4, there is a brief moment where Rhodes can be seen (0:36 seconds in the trailer below). After his old team members left, Oliver gets to have a new set of heroes to join Team Arrow.

Where does this "new" come from?

"After Laurel's death and the departures of both Diggle and Thea from Team Arrow, Oliver takes to the streets solo to protect Star City's citizens as the Green Arrow".

It's not known yet how long Cody's role in the series will be and if the former Intercontinental Champion will appear in one or multiple episodes of upcoming season. The synopsis of the premiere episode reveals that the city is now overrun by both criminals and inexperienced vigilantes.

However, with a lot on his plate as both the mayor and protector of the city, Felicity will suggest that Oliver should form a new team. "However, when a deadly new criminal, Tobias Church (guest star Chad L. Coleman), enters the picture, Oliver realizes the best thing for the city might be a new team of superheroes". The flashbacks this year will take the hero to Russian Federation, and he will take on the Bratva there.

Season 5 of "Arrow" is slated to premiere on Wednesday, Oct. 5 at 8 p.m. ET. Television, with executive producers Greg Berlanti ("The Flash", "Supergirl"), Marc Guggenheim ("Eli Stone", "Percy Jackson: Sea of Monsters"), Andrew Kreisberg ("The Flash", "Supergirl"), Wendy Mericle ("Desperate Housewives", "Eli Stone") and Sarah Schechter ("Supergirl", "Blindspot").
